Welcome to A1 Cleaners. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using our services. By entrusting your items to us, you agree to the following:

Delivery & Pickup

• Scheduling
  All pickup and delivery times must be confirmed by A1 Cleaners in advance.
• Non‑Collection
  If you do not collect your cleaned items within 30 days of notification, we disclaim responsibility for their safety or condition thereafter.

Damage & Liability

• Careful Processing
  We exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing your garments, using methods best suited to each fabric, but we cannot guarantee against pre‑existing material defects.
• Inherent Defects
  We are not liable for tears, holes, fading, or other damage caused by latent weaknesses in fabrics (e.g., sun‑fading on curtains).
• Dry‑Cleaning Risks
  Colour loss, bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to delicate fabrics (leathers, suedes, embellished items) may occur. All leather and suede cleaning is performed entirely at your own risk.
• Liability Cap
  Our total liability for any damage caused by our service is limited to five (5) times the cleaning charge for the affected item, regardless of brand or original condition.
• Damage Claims
  To be eligible for compensation, you must notify us of any damage within 48 hours of receiving your items.

Loss of Garments

• Care in Handling
  We take every precaution to prevent misplacement or loss of your items.
• Reporting Discrepancies
  If any garment is missing, you must inform us within 24 hours of pickup notification so we can investigate.
• Liability Cap
  Our maximum liability for any lost item is five (5) times the cleaning charge for that garment, regardless of brand or condition.

General

• Pricing & Payment
  All rates are as published. Payment is due upon delivery. We accept cash, card, UPI, and net‑banking.
• Satisfaction Guarantee
  If you’re not completely satisfied, we will rewash or restain your item at no additional cost (see our Satisfaction Guarantee policy).
• Contactless Service
  Upon request, we offer fully contactless pickup and delivery.
• Changes to Terms
  A1 Cleaners may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
