1. How do I schedule a pickup?

2. What areas do you serve in Mumbai?
We offer free pickup & delivery across Mumbai. Starting from Bandra to Miraroad, Chembur, Ghatkopar, Vikroli & Powai.
3. What are your operating hours?
We collect and deliver items from Tuesday to Sunday: 8.00 AM to 8.00 PM. Monday we are not operational.
4. How long does each service take?
- Standard Laundry: 48 hours
- Express Laundry: 24 hours (order before 11 AM)
- Dry Cleaning: 72 hours (delicates may vary)
- Shoe Laundry: 48–72 hours
- Curtain Cleaning: 3–5 days
- Carpet & Rug Cleaning: On-site same day (drying 12–24 hours)
- Sofa Cleaning: On-site same day (drying 6–8 hours)
5. Is there a minimum order requirement?
No minimum – whether it’s a single shirt or a full load, we’ll pick up and deliver. However, you will be eligible for for free pickup & delivery on order of ₹399 or more.
6. What cleaning processes do you use?
High-efficiency, water-saving machines + biodegradable detergents for garments, steam extraction for carpets, and specialised solutions for delicates and upholstery.
7. What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means we’ll rewash or restain any item at no extra cost. Just let us know within 24 hours of delivery.
8. Which payment methods do you accept?
We support cash, major credit/debit cards, UPI (Google Pay, Paytm), and net banking.
9. Can you handle delicate or specialty fabrics?
Absolutely. We specialize in silk, leather, embroidered garments, and other delicate items with our gentle dry-cleaning protocols.
